The good, the bad, and the unexpected

The staff delivered perfect service, especially Abel and Ruffa. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. But the dining could improve, the coffee machine was rather neglected. Still, a relaxing trip overall!

Outstanding food selection. Compact units with sofa. Absolutely perfect strategic location, near the Botanic gardens. Plenty of food options at walking distance from the venue.

The hotel was stylish with SENSATIONAL breakfasted and an excellent location close to the city centre. Location really close to public transport, Stevens MRT station, and sentosa island. Comfortable stay, as always.

The hospitality at Novotel was really good, particularly the warm welcome from the front desk staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was admirable, and I appreciated the convenience of the free shuttles to Orchard Road. The facilities, including a comfortable bed and well-equipped gym, were perfect for my stay.

Food options were limited and could be improved.

My double room was fashionable and good-sized. I had comfortable bed, a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I stayed 2 nights and will be returning here soon when visiting Singapore.

Stayed in a Superior Double Room for 4 nights. The cleanliness was great. Loved the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach chairs. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile. Breakfast was great with freshly baked croissants and various drinks. Convenient shuttle to Orchard Road made exploring easy.

The relaxing sun loungers by the pool really helped us unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was the missing door security lock, but they fixed it right away! 🌞

Had a lovely stay with a stunning infinity pool view and great Indian food nearby. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made my experience feel special. Would definitely return!

I was completely blown away by the level of service we received. The concierge, Benson, was helpful, guiding us through everything we needed.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but you get what you pay for, I suppose.

Quick check-in and late check-out available with onsite parking, complimentary wake-up service, and non-alcoholic beverages.

The room was a good size with modern amenities, a buffet breakfast, and a clean, modern bathroom.

The setting was absolutely perfect, right by a quiet area - a very good location to have a great night's sleep. the staff were helpful, we had an early check-in and a late check-out. A wide array of food for breakfast, it was outstanding.
